Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Banzai Vapors at any given time maintains a 2-day turn around time on orders. This means that on average, your order will leave our facility within 2 days from the day that you enter it. Please note, there is added time for shipping based on the method you select.



Q: How fast does FedEx ground shipping get to me?

A: You may check our Transit Map for more details.



Q: Does Banzai Vapors use any sweeteners?

A: No. Banzai Vapors does not add any sweeteners to its products.



Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

A: Banzai Vapors does not have a Minimum Order Quantity but free shipping for orders over $500.



Q: Can you do custom PG/VG ratios?

A: Our recipes were created, tested, and registered with the FDA. Unfortunately, we cannot do custom PG/VG ratios due to regulations and ensure product consistency.



Q: I see I have points. How do I use them?

A: Simply click the tab at the bottom that reads, "Retail Partner Rewards". Once you have enough points for a reward, you may redeem them for gift cards there.



Q: Is Banzai Vapors FDA certified?

A: Every Banzai Vapors SKU has been submitted and accepted by the FDA. We are currently waiting on the issuance of our FEI Number.



Q: Does Banzai Vapors use CRC bottles?

A: Absolutely. Every Banzai Vapors product is CRC complaint and we offer GCC for download at any time.

Q: Does Banzai Vapors offer terms?

A: Due to limitations with our online systems we are unable to offer terms. We are able to accept payments through Behalf, who offers terms based on an individual shops' credit.



Q: Does Banzai Vapors offer hardware?

A: Banzai Vapors does not offer hardware but we do partner with UVaper, one of the largest vape distributors in the world. Give them a call and let them know your friends at Banzai Vapors sent you for a great deal.

Q: I've never heard of Banzai Vapors. Why not?

A: There are many answers to this questions but I think it's simply because we are not that liquid. We don't use a million dollar marketing budget to get our products in people's hand for a month or two. We are quiet and focus on building long lasting relationships wherein our retail partners can benefit from our offering for years.



Q: How do I get swag?

A: T-Shirt, hats, counter mats, and posters are subject to request and availability. We do not keep large inventories of swag but do have some from time to time. Speak with you customer account manager for more information.



Q: Does Banzai Vapors support events?

A: The long and short of it is that we support shops that support us. We will look at your account and the volume of your orders will help us determine any donations we make to events. Just email us at info@banzaivapors.com 



Q: What is Banzai Vapors' return policy?

A: Banzai Vapors has an "All Sales Are Final" policy. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, broken, or altered as a result of our negligence. In the event a product is defective for whatever reason, Banzai Vapors will replace the product in full.

If the product was broken in shipment, please take an inventory of all unsellable product and we will replace it.
